Frequently Asked

What is not allowed?
Your pets are part of your family and as such we do not transport pets. The cargo spaces are not temperature regulated and items may shift which can be hazardous to pets. Therefore, you must transport your pets — i.e. turtles, fish, lizards, spiders, snakes, etc.
How do you handle electronic items?
Electronic equipment is fragile and as such we recommend that it be be wrapped in bubble wrap and boxed when possible. If you require more protection for your items we will gladly discuss your individual needs and help devise the appropriate solution.
Do you assemble items once you deliver them?
Yes, our team of professionals will gladly assemble your items once that are unloaded into your new location.
Do you move pianos?
Yes, however,  there is an additional fee for moving pianos.

After being asked to help friends and family members move on weekends. We found it a fulfilling to have the opportunity to be there and support others in their time of need.
